We have identified a serious quality issue affecting certain SLS-5 power supply units (PSUs) delivered from Q3 2023 until today. In some cases, the plastic casing may break apart with minimal force, exposing internal components. As a precautionary measure, we will replace all SLS-5 PSUs delivered during this period.
